TalentBurst is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Delivery Lead to drive the Kinaxis Maestro Demand Planning implementation for the Optical Communications business. This role requires strong leadership across business, IT, SAP ECC, and vendor teams, and to enable Agile ways of working.

This position focuses on governance, financial tracking, issue resolution, and iterative delivery, with travel to Charlotte, NC monthly and potential remote work for qualified candidates in the US, following

Qualifications

7+ years of experience leading enterprise technology implementations as a Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or similar role.
Strong leadership in Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and iterative delivery.
Excellent communications, stakeholder management, governance, and executive updates.
Experience with financial tracking, RAID, and executive communications.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Kinaxis Maestro Demand Planning implementation using Agile, Scrum, and iterative product delivery practices.
Serve as servant leader enabling collaboration and removing blockers across cross-functional teams.
Manage delivery planning, governance reporting, status updates, RAID management, and escalation.
Coordinate business, IT, SAP ECC, partner, and vendor teams for aligned execution.
Drive backlog/workflow management with Kanban and support sprint/release planning.
Track project financials, progress, risks, dependencies, milestones.
Support integration planning, data migration readiness, testing, cutover, go-live.
Ensure SOX/regulatory compliance and governance; provide executive updates.
