Job summary

Corning is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Delivery Lead to oversee the Kinaxis Maestro Demand Planning implementation for the Optical Communications business. The role requires strong project leadership, servant leadership, and the ability to drive execution across business, IT, SAP ECC, and vendor teams in an Agile environment.

You will manage governance, financial tracking, risk and dependency management, and executive communications while ensuring SOX compliance and milestone

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading enterprise technology implementations as PM/Delivery Lead.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with iterative delivery.
• Hands-on Kanban experience.
• Scrum Master PMI-ACP or equivalent certification.
• Experience with SAP ECC implementations and data migration
• Knowledge of SOX/regulatory compliance and enterprise governance.
• Ability to work 8:00 AM ET – 5:00 PM ET.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Kinaxis Maestro Demand Planning implementation using Agile, Scrum, and iterative delivery.
• Serve as servant leader; enable collaboration, remove blockers, drive accountability.
• Manage delivery planning, governance reporting, RAID, exec updates, and escalation management.
• Coordinate business, IT, SAP ECC, partner, and vendor teams for aligned execution.
• Drive backlog/workflow management using Kanban; support sprint/release planning.
• Track financials, progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
• Support data migration readiness, testing, cutover, and go-live planning.
• Ensure adherence to SOX/regulatory requirements.
• Provide clear executive updates and maintain stakeholder engagement.
