Job summary

Brooksource seeks a combined project-and-product leader in Nashville to guide initiatives from initiation through closeout. You will partner with business and technical teams, vendors, and agency leaders to define outcomes, coordinate roadmaps and backlogs, gather feedback, and support approved pilot activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and relevant project management experience required.
• Ability to balance scope, schedule, budget, and governance with customer value.
• Experience delivering IT/ERP or enterprise transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Apply Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, iterative, or hybrid delivery approaches based on project needs.
• Coordinate vendor performance, milestones, deliverables, schedules, and dependencies.
• Develop and coordinate product roadmaps, release plans, and backlogs in partnership with business and technical teams.
• Develop project charters, schedules, budgets, status reports, and governance materials.
• Lead complex IT, ERP, enterprise application, or business transformation projects.
• Mentor project managers, coordinators, and Scrum Masters.
• Prepare clear, executive-ready project reports and dashboards.
