Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to advance the company’s Professional Services team, ensuring customer engagements run smoothly and deliver meaningful progress.

You will develop project plans, coordinate technical resources, and align customers, delivery teams, and account stakeholders. The role primarily supports customers operating in East Coast time and reports to the Senior Manager of Service Delivery.

Qualifications

5+ years in project management, professional services delivery, technical program management, or similar roles in a SaaS or technical services environment.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of customer engagements with visibility across active work and account initiatives.
Facilitate engagement cadences with customers to track progress and maintain momentum.
Develop and maintain project plans outlining milestones, timelines, and responsibilities.
Identify and maintain a backlog of technical initiatives that support platform adoption.
Coordinate internal scoping and execution with Service Delivery Engineers and Architects.
Monitor services utilization and ensure alignment with contracted scope.
Surface delivery risks early and coordinate resources to resolve blockers.
Partner with Sales and account teams to align with broader priorities.
