Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in a project manager role or leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, healthcare administration, operations, project management, or related.
• PMP certification or comparable training preferred; change-management or agile cert valued.

Responsibilities

• Define, plan, and initiate complex initiatives with clear delivery foundations.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across business, technology, operations, regulatory, and vendors.
• Manage RAID, dependencies, decisions, and changes; maintain governance and evidence of delivery health.
• Lead governance forums, provide status, and escalate risks early.
• Ensure delivery meets requirements, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
