Job summary

United Concordia Dental seeks a Program Manager to lead a strategically related portfolio of programs and initiatives across business, technology, clinical, regulatory, and external partners. You will align priorities with executive sponsors, translate strategy into action, and ensure portfolio health and value realization.

You will coordinate governance, decisions, and cross-functional delivery while guiding managers, analysts, and SMEs to achieve measurable benefits and sustained business

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading portfolio level initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise and domain strategies into coherent portfolio roadmaps, priorities, outcomes, and success criteria.
• Maintain an integrated view of portfolio health, including scope, schedule, finances, risks, and benefits.
• Lead governance and executive decision support to frame outcomes and resolve trade-offs.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across business, technology, operations, and regulatory partners.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, healthcare administration, operations, project management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
