Job summary

CBTS is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end Store Systems projects and technology initiatives in Irving, TX. You will own planning, execution, release readiness, and risk management while aligning engineering, product, hardware, software, quality, operations, and external partners.

Your role requires managing complex programs, coordinating multiple teams, and communicating with executives to drive delivery excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in Delivery, Program, or Project Management.
• Strong planning, scheduling, release management, dependency and risk tracking, plus Agile methods.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional technology programs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery from planning through release and alignment with objectives.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, roadmaps, and resource plans.
• Manage dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and mitigations.
• Coordinate hardware and software teams and cross-stakeholder alignment.
• Track milestones, release readiness, and address delivery risks and trade-offs.
• Lead status reviews, planning sessions, and executive communications.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and efficiency.
