Delivery Lead

Position type: Contract

Duration: 12+ months

Location: Charlotte, NC (3 days onsite per week)

Overview

As a Delivery Lead, you will support the Commercial Card, specifically ORMB, working with Oracle and managing the rollout to EMEA and APAC.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile teams, ensuring effective use of Agile tools such as Jira.
• Act as an Agile Scrum Master, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching teams.
• Oversee delivery of commercial card projects, managing scope, schedule, and quality.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across regions to enable smooth rollouts.
• Monitor and report on project performance to executive leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of core banking processes and operations.
• 7+ years of experience in delivery lead or similar role.
• Strong communication skills, able to converse at the executive level.
• Prior Delivery Lead experience with enterprise change requirements and governance.
• Excellent attention to detail and fast learner.

Preferred Skills

• Recent Delivery Lead experience.
• Proficiency with governance tools.
• Scrum Master and Agile knowledge.
• Experience in financial services / TPAs.
• Expertise with Jira.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $60 - $63 per hour
