Job summary

Aaron’s Delivery Driver position seeks a customer-focused individual to drive, install, move, and demonstrate merchandise both inside and outside the store. You’ll help with daily operations and engage with customers in the community.

The role emphasizes strong communication, handling electronics knowledge, and upholding the Aaron’s brand while protecting company assets. The job may include a broad schedule and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States (18+ in Canada).
• Requires a valid state driver’s license and a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Must be able to obtain DOT certification if location requires it.
• Able to work a schedule with hours from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. solo and 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and securely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise to customers.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
