Job summary

Aaron's, Inc. in Missouri is seeking a Delivery Driver to drive, install, move, and demonstrate merchandise, while helping customers understand product use both inside and outside the store.

This fast-paced, store-based role requires strong communication and reliability, with a pay range of $16.00 to $18.75 per hour and a benefits package including health, retirement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Age 19+ in the US; 18+ in Canada.
• Valid state driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Ability to obtain DOT certification if required by location.
• Flexible schedule 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m.
• Lift up to 50 lbs solo; up to 300 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and secure products; operate the company vehicle safely.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in-store.
• Maintain accurate daily route and weekly maintenance sheets.
