Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Delivery Assistant (Delivery Support Associate) in Spokane, WA, to join the Geek Squad team during the busy season. You’ll accompany experienced Agents to customers’ homes, assist with delivery, installation, repair and haul-away of electronics, and support integration and networking tasks.

You’ll work alone or in a two-person crew, handle inventory and vehicle upkeep, and complete paperwork and payments as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 350 pounds individually or 700 pounds as a team with assistive tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation.
• Help ensure installed appliances are damage-free and fully functioning.
• Provide a seamless client experience by advising on product placement and recommendations.
• Work independently or with a two-person team.
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance in partnership with other Agents.
• Process paperwork and payments.
