Aaron’s Family of Companies in Connecticut is hiring a Delivery Driver who will transport, install, demonstrate, and pick up merchandise while providing excellent customer service. The role blends in-store and on-site duties, with daily routes and community interaction.

Starting pay ranges from $14.25 to $15.00 per hour, with benefits including paid time off, insurance options, a 401(k) plan, and on-demand pay through Dayforce Wallet.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the US (18+ in Canada).
• Valid state driver’s license with satisfactory MVR.
• DOT certification if required at location.
• Ability to work a schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. independently, 300 lbs. with assistance.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and secure products and operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in-store.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
