Job summary

QXO in Norco, CA is seeking a hardworking loader to safely unload building products and bundles of shingles from a conveyor boom and assist with ground drop deliveries when rooftop access is not feasible.

You will verify orders, support delivery operations, and commit to safety protocols while wearing PPE. Spanish bilingualism is a plus, and applicants should be ready for a physically demanding outdoor environment and a reliable commute to the branch.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload building products and bundles of shingles from the conveyor boom from the first or second story rooftop.
• Assist with delivery operations and support the driver with ground drop when rooftop delivery is not feasible.
• Verify order contents prior to loading them onto the delivery truck.
• Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and wear appropriate PPE, following all safety protocols.
• Support and contribute to efficient delivery operations.

What you'll do:

• Safely unload building products and multiple bundles of shingles from conveyor boom from first or second story rooftop.
• In certain instances where rooftop delivery is not feasible, the roof loader will provide support to the driver by assisting with ground drop operations at the designated job site.
• Verify order contents prior to loading them onto the delivery truck.
• Assist with delivery operations.
• Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere diligently to all safety protocols, while always wearing appropriate PPE.
