Job summary

QXO is seeking a safety‑minded Warehouse Loader to support delivery operations at our Oxnard branch. You will unload building products and shingles from rooftop delivery, verify orders, and assist drivers in efficient, safe loading.

This role requires reliable transportation, attention to detail, and a willingness to work outdoors in a physically demanding environment. Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unload building products and shingles from rooftop delivery and load onto trucks.
• Support the driver with ground drop operations when rooftop delivery isn’t feasible.
• Verify order contents before loading onto the delivery truck.
• Assist with delivery operations and maintain safety protocols.
• Always wear PPE and demonstrate a daily commitment to safety.

What you’ll do:

• Safely unload building products and multiple bundles of shingles from conveyor boom from first or second story rooftop
• In certain instances where rooftop delivery is not feasible, the roof loader will provide support to the driver by assisting with ground drop operations at the designated job site
• Verify order contents prior to loading them onto the delivery truck
• Assist with delivery operations
• Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere diligently to all safety protocols, while always wearing appropriate PPE
