Persistent Systems is seeking a seasoned Delivery Head – Hi-Tech Engineering to lead the Data, Analytics, AI & Integration portfolio across strategic clients. Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for Hi-Tech Data, Analytics, AI & Integration engagements.
• Lead multi-million-dollar global delivery portfolios with accountability for revenue, margins, CSAT, and delivery predictability.
• Drive data modernization, cloud transformation, AI/GenAI adoption, analytics, and integration modernization programs.
• Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, engineering heads, and senior leaders.
• Partner with Sales and Technology teams to shape large deals and expand strategic accounts.
• Drive portfolio growth through client relationships and cross-sell opportunities.
• Lead and mentor global delivery teams of delivery leaders, architects, and engineers.
• Establish an engineering-first culture focused on AI-led engineering, automation and DataOps/MLOps.

Role Overview:

Persistent is seeking a seasoned Delivery Head – Hi-Tech Engineering to lead our Data, Analytics, AI & Integration portfolio across strategic Hi-Tech clients.

This senior leadership role will own large-scale global delivery, engineering excellence, client relationships, portfolio growth, and transformation outcomes. The leader will work closely with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders to drive next-generation Data, Cloud, AI and Integration transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery for strategic Hi-Tech Data, Analytics, AI & Integration engagements.
• Lead complex, multi-million-dollar global delivery portfolios with accountability for revenue, margins, quality, CSAT, and delivery predictability.
• Drive enterprise data modernization, cloud transformation, AI/GenAI adoption, analytics, and integration modernization programs.
• Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Engineering Heads, and senior business leaders.
• Partner with Sales, Consulting, and Technology teams to shape large deals, support pursuits, and expand strategic accounts.
• Drive portfolio growth through deeper client relationships, cross-sell/upsell opportunities, and new transformation initiatives.
• Lead and mentor global teams of delivery leaders, architects, engineering managers, and technology specialists.
• Establish an engineering-first culture focused on AI-led engineering, automation, DataOps/MLOps, reusable assets, and productivity improvement.
• Own executive-level governance, delivery risk, financial performance, talent strategy, and operational excellence.

Required Experience

• 18–25 years of experience in IT Services, Digital Engineering, or Consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline from a reputed institution; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven success leading large-scale Data, Analytics, AI, and Integration programs for Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) clients.
• Strong experience managing multi-million-dollar delivery portfolios and distributed global teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive customer success, operational excellence, and profitable growth.

Technical & Domain Expertise

• 18–25 years of experience across Digital Engineering, IT Services, Technology Consulting, or Engineering Services.
• Proven leadership experience within the Hi-Tech / Technology / Software / Platform ecosystem.
• Strong track record of leading large Data, Analytics, AI and Integration transformation programs.
• Experience managing large global delivery organizations and multi-million-dollar portfolios.
• Strong commercial orientation with ownership of revenue, profitability, account growth, and delivery economics.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-suite and senior technology stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with Sales on large pursuits, solutioning, renewals, account mining, and strategic growth.

Technology & Engineering Expertise
