About the role:

The Delivery Head for the Google Business Unit owns the delivery of the company's Technology services to Google. The ideal candidate must have experience working with Google Data Stack, including BigQuery, AI Vertex, Looker, and leading data transformation programs on GCP. The role involves driving modernization initiatives for large enterprises, creating long-term customer relationships, and acting as a bridge between clients and delivery teams. The Delivery Head also owns financial aspects of projects such as revenue recognition and contribution. Candidates should have led a couple of data transformation programs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with peers to meet organizational goals
• Ensuring project delivery on time and within budget
• Possessing deep knowledge of Google Data Stack (BigQuery, AI Vertex, Looker) and understanding end-to-end data stack processes
• Managing scope changes and converting them into revenue
• Reviewing new projects to plan and coordinate delivery activities
• Analyzing and troubleshooting delivery issues promptly
• Overseeing daily delivery team activities, providing guidance
• Making critical business decisions in consultation with stakeholders
• Managing service performance to meet SLAs and contractual obligations
• Driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and customer focus
• Partnering with key account management and product teams to identify new business opportunities
• Recommending process improvements internally and for clients

Accountabilities include:

• Customer satisfaction for all clients served
• Ensuring project profitability and customer satisfaction in coordination with BU heads
• Handling customer feedback and complaints
• Overall revenue recognition, gross margins, and organizational profit
• Supporting research and organizational analysis
• Contributing to pre-sales proposals, RFIs, and RFPs
• Delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high profitability across services
