You will manage day-to-day activities, liaise with designers, coordinate between design and subcontractors, and push the construction programme forward while addressing risks and keeping works on

Qualifications

• Strong civil engineering / industrial construction background.
• Experience in design management and coordination.
• Proven subcontractor management experience.
• Ability to liaise confidently with designers and subcontractors.
• Strong programme management skills and ability to drive works forward.
• Strong commercial understanding.
• Experience delivering construction projects.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day delivery of the project.
• Managing and coordinating subcontractors.
• Liaising effectively with designers throughout the project.
• Coordinating between the design team and subcontractors.
• Managing design requirements and ensuring information is progressed efficiently.
• Driving the construction programme and ensuring works continue to progress.
• Identifying and addressing issues that could impact programme delivery.
• Monitoring subcontractor performance and ensuring works remain on track.
• Maintaining strong commercial oversight of the project.
• Working closely with the wider project team to support successful delivery.
