Job summary

ABC Supply is seeking a Delivery Services Manager in Jonesboro, AR to schedule and route deliveries, coordinate fleet maintenance, update customers on status, and ensure safety and compliance across operations.

You will lead dispatch and driver teams, prioritize workloads, monitor performance, and work with maintenance crews to keep equipment in top condition while upholding OSHA standards and company service commitments to customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership experience in logistics or transportation.
• Ability to prioritize multiple service needs simultaneously.
• Experience with dispatch operations preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and route product deliveries to customers.
• Coordinate fleet maintenance and ensure safety compliance.
• Update customers on delivery statuses and ETAs.
• Assist in hiring drivers and oversee performance.
• Ensure CDL licenses and certifications are current.
• Maintain documentation for OSHA and federal procedures.
