Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple service needs simultaneously.
• Previous dispatch experience is preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and route product deliveries.
• Coordinate fleet maintenance and safety compliance.
• Update customers on delivery status and ETA.
• Ensure loads comply with weight limits and vehicle safety.
• Assist in hiring and performance management of drivers and handlers.
• Schedule equipment training and ensure certification and licensing up to date.
