MBR Management, a Domino's local franchise, is seeking dedicated Delivery Experts for our Sherman, IL location. You will deliver orders safely, on time, and with excellent customer service, managing routes and maintaining records while upholding professional standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in delivery or logistics, a valid license, strong time management and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven delivery, logistics, or transportation experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and delivery management software.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and handle packages up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Knowledge of the Sherman area and local routes (preferred).
• Experience with multiple-stop delivery operations (preferred).
• Familiarity with electronic proof-of-delivery systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Execute timely and accurate deliveries to residential and commercial customers in Sherman.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency.
• Operate delivery vehicles safely and in accordance with laws and policies.
• Maintain accurate delivery records with signatures and timestamps.
• Communicate delivery times and delays to customers.
• Handle packages with care during loading and unloading.
• Troubleshoot delivery issues and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report issues.
• Meet daily delivery targets and performance metrics.
• Represent the organization with professional appearance and courteous interactions.
