We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Peoria location (10408 N. Centerway Drive, Suite H). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the Peoria area. • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize travel time
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and delivery confirmations
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers courteously and addressing any questions or concerns
• Inspect vehicle condition regularly and perform basic maintenance checks to ensure safe operation
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicle
• Handle packages with care, ensuring products arrive in excellent condition
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any issues encountered
• Organize and load vehicles efficiently to optimize space and accessibility
• Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining a flexible schedule
• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
• Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record Check
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and handle packages safely
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional attitude
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and commitment to safe driving practices
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• GPS navigation skills or willingness to learn route planning systems
