• Proven use of delivery metrics to monitor health and surface risks early.
• Strong work management discipline with Jira for traceability.
• Facilitation and conflict-management skills with practical resolutions.
• Clear written and verbal communication with detailed updates.
• Ability to define measurable outcomes, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience managing portfolio-level delivery across platform programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-team dependencies and sequencing to protect delivery outcomes and reduce delivery risk.
• Drive alignment on priorities, commitments, and tradeoffs across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain an execution-focused roadmap tied to measurable work and tracking records.
• Ensure initiatives are clearly scoped, outcomes-based, and connected to value delivery.
• Establish and maintain a program-wide view of key conversations, decisions, and open items.
• Facilitate coordination forums to connect cross-team threads, drive decisions, and prevent gaps.
• Provide clear, timely updates on progress, risks, assumptions, and scope changes.
• Track issues to ownership and closure, escalating appropriately to maintain momentum.
• Apply a quality-focused lens to plans and delivery artifacts to reduce ambiguity and rework.
• Improve execution transparency by strengthening traceability from plans to delivery evidence.
