Job summary

JPMorganChase in the United States seeks a Product Delivery Manager for Cloud Foundational Services. You will lead end-to-end delivery processes, drive adoption, and visualize delivery data to improve customer experiences.

You will partner with engineers and leaders to optimize intake, planning, execution, and reporting, using data-driven methods and automation to reduce risk and increase predictability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product delivery or program delivery.
• Experience in product/platform release management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Proficiency with Jira and agile backlog practices.
• Ability to analyze and visualize process data for insights.
• Understanding of public cloud providers; AWS required; Azure/GCP exposure.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end product delivery across CFS with measurable outcomes (on-time delivery, throughput, cycle-time trends).
• Executes backlog planning and prioritization to create actionable plans with dependencies.
• Mitigates delivery risks by coordinating security and risk issue intake and escalation.
• Drives delivery feasibility decisions based on resources, constraints, and requirements.
• Reports product performance with dashboards and metrics for stakeholders.
• Partners with CFS leaders to refine quarterly planning and capacity visualization.
• Automates data manipulation and reporting using scripting and Copilot in VS Code.
• Manages CFS-wide resource allocation data for accuracy and auditability.
• Coordinates deadlines across customer feature requests and cybersecurity items.
• Coaches teams on delivery rituals to improve planning and execution maturity.
• Administers Jira backlog hygiene and traceability to reduce stale tickets.
