Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years installing, configuring, troubleshooting apps (Windows/Linux).
• 2+ years direct customer support.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Experience performing vulnerability scans.
• On-site work in Patuxent River, MD 5 days/week.
• Willingness to travel ~100% based on client needs.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and securing Linux- and macOS-based systems in a client delivery environment.
• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting endpoint applications and system tools.
• Performing vulnerability scans and supporting remediation activities to maintain compliance.
• Leveraging Unified Endpoint Management tools to administer devices and enforce policies.
• Providing technical support to end users and resolving system and application issues.
