Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Cloud Systems Administrator to support enterprise hosting environments for mission-critical applications. The role combines Windows Server and Linux administration with modern DevOps practices to improve reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.

This hybrid position requires on-site support at Credence Headquarters in McLean, Virginia, three days per week and collaboration with cybersecurity, network engineers, and program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years administering Windows Server in an enterprise setting.
• Experience supporting Linux operating systems in production environments.
• Experience with PowerShell and at least one scripting language (Bash or Python).
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere or Hyper-V).
• Experience implementing or supporting DevOps tools and practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS).
• Support and manage Linux servers (RHEL/ Rocky Linux/ Ubuntu).
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity for hosted apps.
• Implement and improve infrastructure automation via scripting and config management.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, IaC, automated deployments, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with developers, cybersecurity, network engineers, and stakeholders.
• Perform patching, upgrades, vulnerability remediation, and security hardening.
