Job summary

OCTX, a FedEx Ground contractor operating from its San Angelo terminal, seeks delivery drivers. You will load and deliver packages on rural routes in a company-provided Transit or cutaway, averaging about 250 miles per day and around 8 hours of work.

Routes start at 8 AM on a 5 or 6 day week. Compensation includes $120–$144 per day or $15–$18 per hour, weekly pay on Friday, a $300 hiring bonus after 6 months of full-time work, paid training for 2 weeks, and benefits such as health insurance and

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience delivering packages and customer service skills are preferred.
• Able to operate GPS navigation and delivery management tools.

Responsibilities

• Load and deliver packages on rural routes across the San Angelo metro area.
• Drive a Transit or cutaway vehicle, about 250 miles per day, 8 hours on average.
• Complete deliveries at homes or access points with safety in mind.
