Advanced Logistics Systems is hiring FedEx Ground delivery drivers in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Drivers deliver packages to homes and businesses using company vehicles, with routes averaging 115–130 stops and about 65 miles per day. Workdays run about 8 hours, 5–6 days per week, with start times around 8:30 AM.

Benefits include paid training at $125/day for 5–7 days, weekly payroll on Wednesdays, and PTO after one year. A stop bonus applies after 130 stops.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver\\'s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs, with frequent bending and maneuvering in and out of the delivery vehicle, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.

• No CDL required.
• No prior delivery experience required — we\\'ll train you.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload packages; frequent bending and getting in and out of the vehicle throughout the day.
