Lone Haranguer Transports Inc. runs FedEx Ground delivery routes out of Olathe, and we’re hiring drivers at $190 per day. You’ll work five days a week, including at least one weekend day, with routes starting at 9 AM.

About Lone Haranguer Transports Inc.

Lone Haranguer Transports Inc. provides paid training, with a qualification certification followed by a week of training alongside another driver. Training typically lasts 7-10 days, and your pay stays the same throughout. Drivers receive health insurance, with the company paying 50% of the driver premium.

Routes cover city and suburban areas from the Olathe terminal.

The Job

You’ll deliver packages on city and suburban routes using a company-provided gas Ford step van. Your day includes loading and unloading packages, completing deliveries, and communicating with dispatch about delays or route issues. The work involves frequent bending, lifting, and maneuvering packages up to 150 lbs.

Routes start at 9 AM and continue until all packages are delivered. The average day is 8.5 hours, and drivers work five days a week, including at least one weekend day. An additional incentive is available for working an unscheduled day.

Compensation

• Performance incentive: $75 per week for 99.4% service or better; the incentive may be lost for E/L/M pickups, an accident, or a call-out
• Unscheduled-day incentive: $75 for working an unscheduled day

Requirements

• No CDL required.
