Job summary

PSS Cross Country Infrastructure Solutions seeks a Driver/Material Handler to pick up and deliver products, load and unload inventory, and support warehouse operations. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, perform inspections, and ensure safe, organized handling of materials in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong math and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Familiar with standard warehouse practices and safety.
• CDL and forklift experience or ability to obtain certification.
• Organized, detail-oriented and reliable.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Standing for extended periods and driving as needed.
• Basic computer skills for shipping and receiving; clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Safely pick up and deliver products within the local branch area using company vehicles.
• Drive company trucks to and from customers or vendors, ensuring on-time deliveries.
• Unload incoming trucks, verify materials against delivery tickets, and resolve discrepancies.
• Stock and organize products; update inventory records and perform audits for accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders) and report maintenance issues.
