Job summary

Johnstone Supply | Balsan Group in Burlington, VT is seeking a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate. You will safely operate a 26-ft box truck to deliver HVAC equipment and parts, ensuring on-time customer deployments and accurate paperwork.

You'll also pick, pack, stock, and handle loading/unloading with RF scanners and basic forklift tools, maintain safety standards, and embody a reliable, customer-first approach. Growth paths and strong team support are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Experience driving 26-ft box trucks (required or strongly preferred).
• DOT experience or willingness to work under DOT standards.
• Warehouse and delivery experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 26-ft box truck to deliver HVAC equipment and parts.
• Ensure accurate, on-time deliveries to customers and job sites.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload materials safely.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues promptly.
• Maintain delivery paperwork (receipts, logs, confirmations).
• Represent the company professionally at every stop—customer relationships matter here.
• Pick, pack, and stage orders using RF scanners.
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and organization.
• Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running smoothly.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized equipment and workspace.
• Take ownership—if it’s in front of you, you handle it
