Johnstone Supply | Balsan Group is recruiting a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate in Maryland. You will operate a 26-foot box truck to deliver HVAC equipment and parts, ensuring accurate, on-time deliveries to customers and job sites, while also performing warehouse support tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience driving a 26-ft box truck or similar vehicle.
• DOT experience or willingness to operate under DOT standards.
• Warehouse and delivery experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 26-ft box truck to deliver HVAC equipment and parts.
• Ensure on-time deliveries to customers and job sites.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload materials safely.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues promptly.
• Maintain delivery paperwork (receipts, logs, confirmations).
• Represent the company professionally at every stop.
