D & L Farm and Home, Inc, a family-owned company, is seeking a hardworking individual for order preparation and delivery. Responsibilities include ensuring order accuracy, loading/unloading products, and maintaining a clean facility.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and move loads up to 75-100 pounds.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for delivery.
• Ensure orders are correct product and count.
• Ensure load is secure for transit.
• Unload products for customers according to their request.
• Load/unload vehicles using forklifts.
• Load/unload vehicles by hand.
• Move stock/goods using forklift in warehouses.
• Equipment maintenance and inspection.
• Keep warehouse and surrounding grounds clean and tidy.
• Complete any required training and education.
• Help improve customer satisfaction and sales.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for delivery

Required Skills & Job Requirements

• English fluency in reading and speaking
• Forklift driving skills
• Valid Driver’s License
• 21 years of age or older
• Must pass pre-employment background check, drug test and driving record requirementsWork on Saturdays
• Able to lift and move loads up to 75-100 pounds
• Supports operations across two locations: McKinney and Celina
