Temple Feed & Supply Inc in Temple, TX is seeking a hard‑working Warehouse Associate and Delivery Driver to join our team. You will help manage warehouse inventory and ensure on‑time delivery to customers in the Bell County area.

This role requires about 40 hours per week, including Saturdays, and the ability to lift 50‑100 lbs, walk long distances, and operate a delivery vehicle; forklift experience is required and CDL is not required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Experience pulling and maneuvering a trailer with a pickup truck preferred.
• Forklift experience required; prior warehouse or delivery experience is a plus.
• Familiar with feed/agriculture products is a plus.
• Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs frequently.

About the Role

Temple Feed & Supply Inc is looking for a hardworking and dependable Warehouse Associate and Delivery Driver to join our team in Temple, TX! In this hands-on role, you'll be a key part of keeping our operations running smoothly — from managing inventory in the warehouse to getting products delivered safely and on time to our valued customers.

This position will require around 40 total daytime hours per week including Saturdays. Candidates must have the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment lifting 50 to 100 lbs repetitively throughout the day. Candidates must be able to be on their feet and walk long distances throughout their shift. Forklift experience is required and a background in agriculture is a plus.

No CDL is required for this delivery position, but experience pulling and maneuvering a trailer with a pickup truck is required. A valid drivers license with a clean driving record is also required.

Responsibilities

Load customer vehicles, unload delivery trucks, and organize feed, supply, and merchandise inventory in the warehouse

Pick, pack, secure and prepare customer orders for delivery

Operate delivery vehicle to transport products to residential and commercial customers in the Bell County area

Maintain accurate delivery logs and interact with customers upon delivery

Perform routine vehicle, trailer and equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs

Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Assist customers with loading purchases and provide friendly, helpful service

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Experience pulling and maneuvering a trailer with a pickup truck

Ability to lift and carry 50-75 lbs frequently throughout the workday

Prior forklift, warehouse, logistics, or delivery experience preferred

Familiarity with feed, agricultural, or farm supply products is a plus

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong customer service skills and a professional, friendly attitude

Ability to navigate local delivery routes efficiently
