Job summary

D & L Farm and Home, Inc is seeking a hardworking, reliable team member to assist with warehouse and forklift duties in our California location. The role emphasizes safe forklift operation, accurate order handling, and strong customer service.

The candidate should be able to lift up to 75–100 pounds, be 18+ due to forklift use, and be available to work Saturdays. Pre-employment drug testing is required and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• English fluency in reading and speaking
• Forklift driving skills required

• Must be 18 years or older due to forklift usage

Responsibilities

• Ensure orders are correct in product type and count
• Ensure load is secure for transit
• Unload products for customers as requested
• Load/unload vehicles using forklifts
• Move stock/goods using forklift in warehouses
• Equipment maintenance and inspection
• Keep warehouse and surrounding grounds clean
• Load product for customers
• Complete any required training and education
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and sales

Job Duties & Responsibilities
