Job summary

AutoZone, Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Delivery Driver in California. You will drive company-provided vehicles, deliver automotive parts to commercial customers and DIY shoppers, and maintain safety and accuracy in every route.

You’ll work with store teams to ensure timely deliveries, build customer relationships, and stay knowledgeable about products and promotions. A valid driver’s license and basic automotive knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and safety compliance.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure strong customer relationships.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe, timely deliveries.
• Load and unload parts per route schedules and manage returns, cores, and pickups.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe environment.
• Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products; report issues with delivery vehicles.
