Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver in California (Pinole area) to support commercial and DIY customers with parts delivery and basic installation services. You will operate company vehicles, follow safety policies, and maintain accurate route timing and inventory handling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing automotive advice and installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries to commercial customers; load/unload per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues promptly.
