Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Lead with store personnel and commercial accounts for smooth teamwork and strong relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals per policy.
• Drive company vehicles, deliver parts to commercial customers, load/unload per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE guidelines and fleet safety for a safe environment.
• Process customer payments securely per policy.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products; maintain delivery vehicles.
