Caffey Distributing Company & Carolina Premium Beverage in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Delivery Trainer to lead onboarding for new delivery drivers and trainees. You will ensure each team member has the knowledge, skills, and behaviors needed to safely and reliably complete routes.

The role coaches on safety, procedures, and equipment, coordinates with Delivery Supervisors, and helps develop standard operating procedures.

Formación

• Basic training in office or operations
• Knowledge of basic office software
• Over 1 year up to and including 3 years of experience
• CDL-A License and ABC Beer permit required

Responsabilidades

• Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist Delivery Manager and Supervisors in promoting safe work practices.
• Train new delivery drivers and trainees according to onboarding schedule.
• Develop and refine standard operating procedures for delivery operations.
• Ensure familiarity with routes and delivery equipment to support coverage and efficiency.
