Job summary

Northeast Home Medical Equipment in Green Island, NY is seeking a Home Equipment Technician Driver to deliver, set up and service medical devices in patients' homes. This full-time role involves on-site work with delivery, setup of devices, and hands-on equipment care.

This full-time, day-shift role runs Friday–Monday (4 days) from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm with potential for on-call and overtime. A valid NY driver’s license and strong customer service are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Valid New York State driver's license.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Prior heavy equipment delivery and driving experience.
• Experience lifting heavy equipment and setting up devices.
• Able to work long hours on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter who manages priorities autonomously.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

• Valid New York State driver’s license.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Prior heavy equipment delivery and driving experience

• Need to have experience in lifting heavy equipment, setting up devices, and work with your hands/logistics

• Be able to work in a fast work environment for long hours on your feet

• A self-starter who takes initiative, manages priorities effectively, and performs well in a largely autonomous work environment.

Pay Range:

$20.40 - $27.20

Saturday and Sunday eligible for generous shift differential.

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
