Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a delivery driver to transport products from store locations to customers using box and flat-bed trucks. You will load orders, ensure timely delivery, and maintain vehicle safety while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally, with emphasis on safety, route discipline, and adherence to DOT regulations. Bilingual abilities and prior paint-related experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must have a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC) from a FMCSA DOT-listed examiner or be willing to obtain one within five business days.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Must read and speak English sufficiently to communicate with the public and complete records.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers from Sherwin-Williams stores using box and flat-bed trucks.
• Load customer orders onto the truck and ensure proper loading.
• Complete required forms and prepare delivery reports.
• Deliver items safely and on time, maintain vehicle, and report maintenance needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints.
• Follow routes and time schedules; adhere to transportation laws and maintain a clean driving record.
• Operate equipment such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.
• Perform warehouse duties, tinting and mixing customer orders, and assist customers.
