Overview

As a Delivery Driver with Room & Board you do more than just "make deliveries,” you create extraordinary experiences for our customers and act as a strong brand ambassador for both our high-quality products and reputation.

You’ll find joy in the balance of making local deliveries while also contributing indoors in our warehouse. In this exciting role, you'll be part of a dynamic three or four-person delivery team! You'll alternate between making deliveries in the truck and preparing products in our delivery center. When you're on the road, you'll switch between being the driver and the partner in a two-person delivery team, bringing high-quality, American-made home furnishings to our valued customers across the Twin Cities area. When not on the road, your time will be spent working in our delivery center, in our merchandise quality role. Here, you'll prepare products for delivery, ensuring they meet our high standards of excellence. Additionally, you'll engage in product staging, basic assembly, and quality inspection, making sure everything is just right for our customers.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 6:00am-2:30pm, with occasional paid overtime

Additional requirements to be a Delivery Driver:

• A genuine passion for serving customers, demonstrated through prior experience in a customer-facing delivery or customer service role, is highly valued and preferred
• At least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license
• Ability to drive a 24-foot box truck (training provided)
• Able to lift/carry heavy items with the assistance of a team member and/or proper lifting equipment
• Able to pass pre-employment requirements

What we offer our Delivery Drivers:

• Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 / year ($24.04 - $26.44/ hour)Our salary is guaranteed with occasional paid overtime. Salary offered is based on experience/qualifications.
