Description:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for assisting and serving customers and other warehouse staff with customer requests in a distribution warehouse setting. This role involves loading and unloading products and materials, stocking and/or shelving products, helping with inventory and direct-to-customer supply and customer service. Additionally, this role will be responsible for helping keep the warehouse, surrounding grounds and yard in a neat and orderly condition.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

• Must beat least18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Oneyearof experience in a warehouse or similar setting.
• One year of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Familiarity with the construction industry preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Assists with product information and customer service in the warehouse.
• Load and unloadtrucks, trailers or other transport devices; manage the proper storage of items.
• Receive, ship, store, and/or move materials within the warehouse and maintain accurate records.
• Operates forklift safely and keep the warehouse and grounds clean and orderly.
• Performs supply delivery and other warehouse related duties as necessary or assigned.

Benefits and Compensation: This role will be based out of our Arden Hills office. The pay range is $36,300 - $54,100, depending on job related knowledge, skills, and experience. The position is eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family.
