A leading healthcare company is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Operations Associate to manage the safe delivery of pharmaceuticals. The role requires excellent customer service and communication skills, along with the ability to work flexible shifts. Candidates will be responsible for preparing doses for shipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining a clean working environment. Pharmacy Operations is responsible for the safe, efficient, and effective coordination of Cardinal Health's pharmacy operations that service acute care hospitals, hospital retail customers, ambulatory care and alternate site facilities, oncology and cardiology practices, as well as retail customers.
Pharmacy Services & Delivery is responsible for the prompt and accurate delivery and distribution of radiopharmaceuticals or oncology pharmaceuticals to medical care providers in accordance with customer demand and route requirements. Responsibilities include preparing doses for shipment, preparing cases, wiping doses, and loading and unloading containers following safety standards and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
Pay rate : $17.00 per hour (includes shift differential)

Interested candidates should submit applications promptly. The position is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shift start times between 4:00 am and 7:45 am. Schedule details will be provided in advance. The role includes working a weekend every 4-6 weeks, some holidays, and on-call duties approximately once every 2 months. Flexibility for on-call work during weekdays is required.
