Job summary

Cardinal Health in Dallas, TX, seeks a Nuclear Pharmacy Driver to ensure prompt, accurate delivery of radiopharmaceuticals to medical care providers. You will load/unload, package doses, and scan orders with a handheld tablet while keeping the vehicle in good condition.

Shifts are 4x10 hours, typically Sundays through Wednesdays 7pm-5:00am, with overtime as needed. A high school diploma, valid license, and clean driving record are required; driving experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Valid driver license with clean driving record.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable driving in all weather and day/night hours.
• Ability to use computers/tablets for orders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver radiopharmaceuticals to customer accounts on assigned route.
• Package and prepare doses for shipment and load/unload containers.
• Scan orders with handheld tablet for accuracy and routing info.
• Maintain vehicle and perform minor roadside repairs as needed.
• Handle returned packages and keep work area clean.

***What Pharmacy Services & Delivery contributes to Cardinal Health***Responsible for the prompt and accurate delivery and distribution of radiopharmaceuticals or oncology pharmaceuticals to medical care providers in accordance with customer demand and requirements of the assigned route. Prepares doses for shipment, prepares cases, wipes doses, and loads and unloads containers in keeping with the prescribed safety standards and Department of Transportation (DOT). This role will typically work four 10-hour shifts: Sunday - Wednesday 7pm-5:00am.*** Candidate must be flexible to work different days, schedules, hours or overtime based on business needs. *This position is benefit eligible the first day of employment.
