Alpha Logistics Group is hiring a Delivery Driver to support Amazon last‑mile delivery in Plymouth, MA. The role emphasizes safety, customer satisfaction, and reliable performance in a fast‑paced environment.

You will load packages, navigate routes with GPS, and deliver on time while maintaining a professional, courteous demeanor. Training is provided, and both full‑time and part‑time shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull packages weighing 20–50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
• Strong navigation skills and ability to use GPS‑based routing systems.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused mindset.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Load and organize packages in the delivery vehicle before departure.
• Use a smartphone and handheld devices for routing, scanning, and customer delivery updates.
• Safely operate a company‑provided cargo van following all traffic laws and company safety standards.
• Deliver packages on time and in excellent condition across residential and commercial areas.
• Navigate local routes, including city streets and highways, in various weather and lighting conditions.
• Meet daily delivery targets and performance metrics.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service at each delivery.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, safe delivery vehicle.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and Amazon delivery standards.
• Report any delivery issues, vehicle concerns, or safety incidents to management promptly.
• Perform physical tasks including walking, lifting, bending, and climbing in and out of the vehicle throughout the shift.
