Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Previous delivery or driving experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and organize packages in the delivery vehicle before departure.
• Use a smartphone and handheld devices for routing, scanning, and customer delivery updates.
• Safely operate a company‑provided cargo van following all traffic laws and company safety standards.
• Deliver packages on time and in excellent condition across residential and commercial areas.
• Navigate local routes, including city streets and highways, in various weather and lighting conditions.
• Meet daily delivery targets and performance metrics.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service at each delivery.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, safe delivery vehicle.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and Amazon delivery standards.
• Report any delivery issues, vehicle concerns, or safety incidents to management promptly.
• Perform physical tasks including walking, lifting, bending, and climbing in and out of the vehicle throughout the shift.

As a Delivery Driver, you will be a key part of the last‑mile delivery process, ensuring packages are delivered safely and efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a fast‑paced, physically active role where you’ll work independently while being supported by a collaborative team.

Work Shifts

Shifts typically start at 10:50 AM and run 10 hours. Routes are assigned on a rotating schedule — you will NOT work all 7 days. Full-time and part-time positions available.

Delivery Driver Preferred Qualifications

• Previous delivery or driving experience (e.g., Amazon, UPS, FedEx, or similar)

• Experience operating cargo vans or similar vehicles
• Comfortable using mobile apps and delivery technology
• Clean driving record over the past 5 years (subject to review)
