Alpha Logistics Group LLC in Plymouth, MA is hiring Delivery Drivers to join our fast-paced last-mile team and deliver Amazon packages from our warehouse. You’ll work with a supportive, safety‑driven crew and receive paid training, with no prior Amazon experience required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull packages weighing 20–50 lbs.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Strong navigation skills and ability to use GPS-based routing systems.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused mindset.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Load and organize packages in the delivery vehicle before departure.
• Use smartphone handheld devices for routing, scanning, and delivery updates.
• Safely operate a cargo van following traffic laws and safety standards.
• Deliver packages on time and in excellent condition.
• Navigate local routes in various weather and lighting conditions.
• Meet daily delivery targets and performance metrics.
• Provide professional customer service at each delivery.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, safe vehicle.
• Follow all company policies and Amazon delivery standards.
• Report any issues to management promptly.
• Perform physical tasks including walking and lifting throughout shift.
