Alpha Logistics Group is hiring delivery drivers in Plymouth, MA to deliver Amazon packages. The role involves last-mile delivery, operating a cargo van, and maintaining safety and customer satisfaction throughout routes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Able to lift, push, and pull packages 20–50 lbs
• Fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Strong navigation skills using GPS-based routing
• Reliable, punctual and safety-minded
• Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Load and organize packages in the delivery vehicle before departure
• Use a smartphone and handheld devices for routing, scanning, and updates
• Safely operate a cargo van following traffic laws and safety standards
• Deliver packages on time and in good condition across residential and commercial areas
• Navigate local routes including city streets and highways in various conditions
• Meet daily delivery targets and performance metrics
• Provide professional and courteous customer service at each delivery
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and keep the delivery vehicle clean and safe
• Follow all company policies and Amazon delivery standards
• Report delivery issues or safety incidents to management promptly
• Perform physical tasks including walking, lifting, bending, and climbing during shifts
