Aaron’s Delivery Drivers are an essential part of ensuring positive customer experiences. This store-based role includes driving, installing, moving, and picking up merchandise, with interactions inside and outside the store.

You will spend time supporting daily operations, maintaining route sheets, and helping customers understand product usage in the community. A fast-paced team environment offers growth and varied responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age for US locations.
• Valid state driver’s license and a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR).
• May need to obtain DOT certification depending on location.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and up to 300 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and securely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
