Job summary

Aaron's Delivery Drivers are an integral part of ensuring positive customer experiences. This store-based role includes driving, installing, moving, and picking up merchandise, with a mix of in-store and community interactions.

You will spend time inside and outside the store, support day-to-day operations, and engage with customers to demonstrate product use. Compensation includes a pay range and benefits; training and career opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old (US) to work in United States locations.
• Valid state driver’s license and clean MVR per policy.
• May require DOT certification depending on location.
• Able to work a schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. alone and 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and securely operate the company vehicle for deliveries.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise to customers.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in-store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
